Epitaphium

Epitaphium (2013) is a video animation of vintage photo reproductions cut out from old books, that fade and merge in a digital slideshow.  A universal face in constant flux.  
The work premiered at the Unseen Photo Fair, and was presented at several occasions, amongst them a groupshow curated by Museum de Lakenhal at de meelfabriek and at a side program during the Venice Biennale.
