A la Recherche de l’Aventure Perdue
In 2006 I started taking photographs at musea, amusementparks and other places that harbour man-made reconstructions and diorama’s aiming to mimic certain parts of the world around us.
Looking at these places from a different angle, a parallel world emerged, consisting of movie-stills that seem to originate from an imaginary movie from the past: À la Recherche de l’Aventure Perdue (2006-2007).
